Fourth loss in a row for Chesham United Reserves

Chesham United Reserves 1-3 London Lions

CHESHAM United Reserves are threatening to end a successful season with a whimper after their fourth loss in a row on Saturday.

The Generals’ second-string are sliding down the Division One table after gatecrashing the top eight for much of the campaign and are now without a win in six outings.

They hosted a London Lions side forced to cobble a side together and missing 20 players but the visitors still had enough to claim all three points.

A brace from Lions midfielder Ben Ellis and long-range strike from Josh Kennet sealed their win with Tobi Akin hitting the consolation for Chesham.
