CHESHAM United have won the appeal against the decision to replay their abandoned game with Redditch and have been awarded the three points.
The game, in October, was called off after the referee was struck by an opponent with Chesham leading 1-0 and about to take a 52nd minute penalty.
The Evo-Stik League ruled the game had to be replayed but that decision angered the Generals hierarchy who appealed the decision.
Their case was heard at FA headquarters at Wembley today and was upheld.
They have been awarded a 1-0 victory which moves them up to joint-second in the Premier Division table and one point off top spot.
