FA Cup exit shock for Generals

CHESHAM United crashed out of the FA Cup to lower league opposition yet again on Saturday.

Evo-Stik Division One Central side Northwood caused the upset at The Meadow with an 80^th minute Romaine Walker penalty sent the Generals out at the first qualifying round stage.

Chalfont St Peter avoided a cup upset of their own with a 3-2 home win over Newport Pagnell Town to book their second qualifying round spot.

Elsewhere, Amersham Town lost 3-0 at Risborough Rangers in the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup first round while Holmer Green went down 4-1 at Oxhey Jets in the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division.
