Misfits beat Old Gits in Chesham rugby competition

CHESHAM Odd Bods are going head-to-head with Angry Leprechauns in the first play-off of Chesham Rugby Club’s touch tournament.

The Odd Bods finished top of the table after a 13-7 win over Touch of Pink.

The Leprechauns lost 8-9 to Globetrotters, but held on to second spot ahead of Chairman’s Choice on goal difference.

The Choice beat Irish Exiles 6-2, Watford Baa Baas hammered Chesham TBA 19-6 and Jane’s Misfits finally secured their first win at the final attempt, beating Old Gits 6-2.

In the other play-offs games, Chairman’s Choice are taking on Watford Baa Baas for third place, and Touch of Pink faced Chesham TBA for fifth.
