Ex-Watford stars to take part in Amersham cricket match

A TEAM of Watford football legends will don cricket whites when they take on Amersham tonight (Thursday).

The highlight of the Amersham CC cricket week calendar, the match will feature a number of former Hornets stars including ex-Chesham United boss Luther Blissett, Steve Terry and Malcolm Allen.

Amersham’s Shardeloes ground will be the venue for the spectacle, which will include a barbecue and bar for the fans to enjoy while the match is going on.
