Fleetwood 0-1 Wycombe
BRUNO Andrade struck the winner as Wycombe continued their winning run at Fleetwood.
The 19-year-old, on loan from QPR, was the hero for Wanderers as they made it three wins from three and lifted themselves up to 20th in League Two.
Victory on the Lancashire coast marked a huge turnaround for Blues under caretaker boss Gareth Ainsworth as they shackled a high-flying Fleetwood side who were third before kick-off.
The winner came after just nine minutes when Andrade showed neat skill to cut inside and fire in a superb left-footed drive into the bottom corner.
It could have been more with the Cod Army having goalkeeper Scott Davies - who was named man-of-the-match - who pulled of a string of saves to keep his side in the game.
Joel Grant, Dean Morgan and Jo Kuffour were all foiled by the stopper in an impressive display by Gareth Ainsworth's side.
Fleetwood almost snatched a point but the crossbar came to Wycombe's rescue when substitute Steven Gillespie rattled the frame with a strike moments after coming off the bench.
