WEEKEND man-of-the-match Josh Scowen is thrilled with the impact he has made on the Wycombe first-team.
The 19-year-old was playing non-league football on loan at Eastbourne before caretaker boss Gareth Ainsworth called him back.
Scowen has started every game since and picked up the matchday champagne in both of their home games this week alongside netting the winner against Torquay on Saturday.
He said: “I am over the moon and the boys are helping me at the moment. Gaz is really good and he helps get you motivated.
“It was about the result today. It was nice to score the winner but the performance was important.
“We are all on a high after a good point on Tuesday and great three points today. Hopefully, we can build on that.”
