GARY Waddock has told his side to use the promotion atmosphere at The Valley as inspiration themselves this weekend.
The Addicks will celebrate securing promotion to the Championship in front of a bumper crowd that could reach 25,000 on Saturday.
Time will tell if Chris Powell's side, who are still gunning for the League One title, suffer from their celebrations this week but Wycombe are ready to take advantage of any slip-ups.
“It is a great game,” said Waddock. “They want to go up as champions but from our side it is a fantastic game to be involved in and to experience that atmosphere..
“Whether they have that same desire and intensity who knows? But they could also relax and move the ball around. We have to be right on it to try and give them a game.
“We will have to be very, very good and the players will have to step up again. If there is going to be a big crowd there then we have to enjoy it and see if we can spoil their party. To do that we have to perform at our very best because we have to win.”
Waddock faces a defensive crisis ahead of the game with Dave Winfield (thigh) and Anthony Stewart (knee) major doubts for the game and with the Addicks refusing permission for them to play on-loan Gary Doherty this week.
“We have got injuries, Doc can't play, we are where we are but we have to get on with it and I am quite comfortable with that,” said Waddock.
