ONE place and three points separate Wycombe and midweek opponents Torquay.
Wanderers, sixth in League Two, could put some distance between themselves and the Gulls, in seventh, with a win at Adams Park.
But Paul Buckle's side have only lost once on the road all season as they look to rebuild their season after an impressive start to the campaign.
Torquay won their opening four league games but had to wait another nine games before registering their next victory.
But they are unbeaten in their last four League Two matches going into the game against Waddock's Wanderers.
Back-to-back draws have moved the Gulls into the play-off spots and they were unlucky to only bag a point in their weekend game at Stockport.
They could field ex-Blues striker Chris Zebroski who scored nine goals in two spells at Adams Park between 2008 and 2010.
Wycombe have a mixed record against Torquay having only won two of their previous seven meetings.
