GILLINGHAM will be delighted to be back on home soil for their midweek clash with Wycombe.
The Gills have failed to win on the road in 30 outings and slumped to a 2-1 defeat at Northampton on Saturday.
That dreadful run sees Andy Hessenthaler's side in 18th place in League Two and struggling to mount a sustained promotion challenge back to League One.
Wycombe and Gillingham both competed in the third tier last season and it was a 3-0 defeat at Adams Park that dragged the Kent side down alongside the Blues.
But Hessenthaler's side are a different side at Priestfield Stadium with just one defeat on their own patch.
Wycombe have a decent record against the Gills with just one defeat in their last seven meetings.
