MILLERS boss Ronnie Moore slammed referee Peter Quinn after the late penalty decision that cost his side a point against Wycombe.
The Rotherham chief was incensed after the decision to award a controversial 84th minute spot-kick which Scott Rendell slotted away to seal a 4-3 away win for Wanderers.
Quinn gave the penalty for a trip on Kevin Betsy by Johnny Mullins in the box with the Millers defender looking to have won the ball.
The referee pointed to the spot and then consulted his official before sticking with his decision.
And in an amazing rant at the official, Moore slams Quinn for awarding the penalty and Betsy for 'cheating' in the game.
He said: "How the hell can he give a penalty there? The linesman has said that he didn't think so and he was in a better position than the referee.
"If he was that confident then why did he go and ask the linesman? He must have had some doubts about it. He was miles away.
"He (Mullins) has made a clean tackle and I don't think it was penalty. We had chances to win the game. Their keeper has made a worldy save but you can't defend the way we have been.
"They counter-attacked well. Betsy just cheats in there and he has destroyed us today and we couldn't cope with the way he was cheating.
"I think we are a miles better side than them but they have gone with the three points."
