McClure bags brace in reserve win

MATT McClure shone for Wycombe as their reserves powered to a 4-0 win over Bristol Rovers.

A strong Wanderers line-up raced into a two-goal lead when teenage striker McClure scored his brace in the space of two first-half minutes.

Jon-Paul Pittman doubled Blues' lead when he raced onto a Stuart Beavon pass to beat Pirates goalkeeper Mike Green.

Beavon, who played 30 minutes in the League Two draw at Accrington on Saturday, finished the scoring with seven minutes to go.
