WYCOMBE have been handed a trip to bitter rivals Colchester in the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Wanderers were given a first-round bye but will begin their march to Wembley with a trip to Essex next month.

Rivalries between the two sides date back to their non-league days and hostilities were intensified after Gareth Ainsworth handled the ball into the net for a late equaliser for Wycombe at Weston Homes Community Stadium last season.
