AMERSHAM Town's cup luck finally ran out at Witney Town as they crashed out of the FA Vase in extra-time.
The Magpies needed extra-time and penalties to to progress in the Challenge Trophy and Berks & Bucks Cups in recent weeks.
But Chris Martin's side went out of the FA Vase to FTL Futbol Hellenic Premier Division side after Witney fired three goals in the extra 30 minutes to make it through to the third qualifying round.
Anton Bradley, Josh Briant and Max Gaffin had netted for Amersham to force extra-time but they ran out of steam
They returned to league action last night (Wednesday) with a trip to Kentish Town looking to win for the first time in three Spartan South Mids Division One games.
