Amersham and Chiltern open with defeat

A NARROW defeat at home to Old Redcliffians marked Amersham and Chiltern's first-ever outing in the National League.

Amersham saw the end of their two-year unbeaten home record on Saturday in a tight 8-13 defeat which did see them earn a bonus point.

They will hope to bounce back when they host Barnstaple at Weedon Lane on Saturday.
