Accident on M40 causes massive delays

THERE are delays of up to an hour on the M40 southbound between junction three Loudwater and junction two Beaconsfield after a car ploughed into a barrier.

Police were called to the scene, and closed two lanes between before junction two near Beaconsfield.

The Highways Agency said normal traffic conditions are expected from 10.45am.
