Annual charity concert to take place this month

A MALE choir which formed at a secondary school is warming up for its annual charity concert.

Chesham Germains Male Voice Choir will be putting on its 18th charity concert at the White Hill Centre, in White Hill, Chesham, at 7.30pm next Saturday.

Member Malcolm Flack said: “I’m certainly looking forward to it. It will be a good evening and it usually brings together those people who have connections with Germain Street Secondary Modern School – now Thomas Harding School – which is where the choir was formed. It acts as a mini-reunion and we tend to have a few people follow us around.

“We enjoy our singing and male voice choirs are quite popular these days.”

Tickets are £10 and include light refreshments. They are available on the door or by calling 01296 624 329 or emailing rdw123@tiscali.co.uk.
