Thank you all

THE Advertiser would like to thank all our readers for their overwhelming response to the launch of Jen's Final Wish campaign.

The number of emails and letters we have received has been fantastic and Jen's family are delighted with how the public have got behind it.

This though, as the family have been keen to state in the interviews on pages 6 and 7, is only the start.

We need our readers to continue to back the campaign in the days and weeks to come, write to their local MP and raise awareness about the HPV vaccine for cervical cancer and the lowering of the screening test age to 20.

If you would like to invite Jen's family to to talk to girls at you school or youth group about the disease, how it affected Jen's life and the treatment available, please get in touch with the Advertiser.

Cervical cancer is largely preventable if the treatment is delivered in time.

As Jen herself pleaded before she died, 'don't let my death be in vain'. Keep up the good work.
